You support the further development of our communications platform by preparing content, adding new information, and helping to continuously improve the platform
You review, structure, and maintain content with an eye for quality, clarity, and timeliness so that our users can always access reliable information
You respond to customer inquiries and, together with the team, ensure prompt and service-oriented handling
You independently take on defined work packages within ongoing marketing and communications projects
You assist in optimizing existing processes, document project progress, and help make workflows more efficient
You coordinate your tasks independently, keep deadlines in sight, and ensure that agreed milestones are met reliably
You contribute to release communications by clearly preparing information about new features and changes and supporting their publication
You work closely with various departments and gain valuable insights into the interfaces between marketing, communications, and project management.
Requirements
You are studying Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or a comparable field of study — ideally from the 3rd semester
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in content management, marketing, or with digital communication platforms
You enjoy preparing content in a clear, audience-appropriate, and structured way
You work carefully and independently and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
You show initiative, enjoy working in a team, and take responsibility for your tasks
You have a good command of German and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
