Ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on time, and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Create, update daily, and analyze invoice control reports to identify bottlenecks and support decision-making.
Recommend improvements to data extraction, updating, and organization processes.
Set up and maintain budget tracking (Budget Tracker).
Assist in creating and updating the monthly actuals report (Actual Report), ensuring consistency with the budget.
Develop and maintain additional reports to support other departments.
Prepare and update presentations, guides, support materials, and operational spreadsheets.
Open and track Purchase Requests (PRs) and support Purchase Order (PO) processes, contracts, and agreements with third-party providers (TPAs).
Maintain constant communication with global and LATAM teams to ensure alignment, resolve outstanding issues, and sustain operations.
Keep data, reports, and documentation up to date and organized to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of action plans aimed at improving and optimizing processes.

Previous experience with financial, administrative, or operational processes.
Proficiency in budget management and data analysis.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with different departments and global stakeholders.
Experience working in global corporate environments.
Fluent English (required).
