About this role
Role Overview
- Drive and oversee order review, chargeback processing, and customer inquiries
- Minimize company losses and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist HQ team in Asia and communicate with North American customer accounts
- Check accounts A/R deductions and ensure credit processed
- Escalate and coordinate between departments to resolve issues
- Handle HQ team issues and daily inquiries
- Provide assistance and solutions to HQ claim team
- Collaborate with product management team, sales team, and customers
- Review data reports and debug bottleneck cases
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Access
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment
