Junior Internal Communication Analyst – Endomarketing

Role Overview

• Support clients' internal communication and endomarketing activities
• Write content for announcements, newsletters, campaigns, scripts and internal channels
• Assist in organizing content plans, timelines, requests and approvals
• Participate in internal meetings and, when necessary, client meetings
• Contribute ideas for engagement campaigns, special dates/occasions and internal initiatives
• Support coordination between client, account, creative and other internal teams
• Track deliveries of content, assets and communication materials
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and project documentation
• Contribute to research on references, benchmarks and best practices in internal communication

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related fields
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Organized and deadline-oriented
• Interest in internal communication, company culture, employee engagement and employee experience
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in an agency environment
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, spreadsheets and organizational tools
