Role Overview
Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through research and outreach, ensuring only high-potential opportunities reach the CEO.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales development or enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and familiarity with technology adoption in B2B financial services environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Experience using data to assess and improve outreach strategies, with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
Ability to pivot quickly in response to changes in industry trends, feedback, and market dynamics.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, meeting performance goals in a data-driven sales environment.
