About this role
Role Overview
Manage the sales planning tools, including data outputs and reporting structures;
Lead IT landscape topics that impact reporting, analytics and performance management for Customer Service & Parts in the Latin America, Middle East and Africa (LAMEA) division;
Manage the scrappage coordination processes across markets;
Ensure data quality in internal systems, system integrity and governance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
Advanced English (written and spoken)
an oral assessment will be conducted;
Availability for international travel as required;
1 to 3 years of professional experience in data, systems, analytics or related areas;
Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle product portfolios, telematics and data analytics;
Experience working in cross-functional environments (Logistics, IT, Finance, Digital);
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into business actions;
Experience with KPI frameworks, financial forecasting and performance steering;
Familiarity with price governance, portfolio management and profitability levers;
Solid understanding of digital solutions, systems ecosystems and data governance;
Proficiency in management reporting tools, Power BI and advanced Excel.
