Deliver day-to-day analytics and insight activities by collecting, cleaning, validating, and analysing data from multiple internal and external sources.
Conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Support customer, operational and business performance reporting, including regular performance summaries and KPI monitoring
Build, enhance and maintain dashboards and visual reporting (e.g., Power BI) that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into data queries, reports, and analytical outputs that meet stakeholder needs.
Maintain data quality and governance standards by identifying data issues, reporting inconsistencies, and following established data management procedures.
Maintain strong documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline
1–3 years’ experience in a similar analytics/reporting role
Desirable: Professional work experience in the Healthcare industry
Experience developing dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI or similar)
SQL capability for data extraction and querying (intermediate)
Exposure to analytics platforms and modern data environments (e.g., Google Analytics / google cloud platforms) relevant to digital and ecommerce
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly
Strong time management, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail, strong data validation/quality mindset, and problem-solving approach.
