Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions
Partner closely with Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations Leaders to establish clear weekly pipeline and onboarding targets
Use ATS automations (Ashby) and local platforms (Indeed, Facebook) to quickly source qualified local talent
Use a fast, structured interview process that prioritizes safety awareness, teamwork, and reliability
Manage weekly high-volume offers, track metrics, and oversee background checks and drug screenings
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to high-volume hourly hiring within manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or intensive industrial environments
A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude to handle shifting targets and schedule disruptions calmly
Ability to build rapport with everyone from factory floor technicians to plant executives
A commitment to clean ATS data to accurately track hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, passthrough rates)
