Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships
Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft’s cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs

Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English
Have 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success
Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology
Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions
Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling, tailored pitches
Are driven by achievement and success
Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Have experience in technical sales or presales (optional)
Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master) (optional)
