Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals
Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce performance
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws
Identify and help mitigate risks related to employee management and organizational practices
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Provide regular reports on HR activities, outcomes, and key initiatives to senior leadership
Support key HR processes, including client support, change management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business and HR objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of related experience required
Certification may be required in some areas
