Role Overview
- Advising a broad range of clients across the private, public and third sectors
- Providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice
- Managing your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support
- Supporting on complex tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor status with employment law expertise
- Experience advising clients across a range of employment matters
- Strong technical skills alongside a pragmatic, commercial approach
- Confidence managing your own workload and prioritising effectively
- Excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships
- Collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a values-driven firm.
