Coordinate and support multiple projects across departments, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, process maps, and status reports.
Identify and document current business processes and collaborate with teams to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
Assist with the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes by supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts.
Monitor initiative progress, flag risks or issues, and support mitigation planning in partnership with project leads.
Provide administrative and logistical support that helps maintain alignment across stakeholders and resources.
Contribute to standardized templates, tools, and best practices that improve project execution across the team.

3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or process improvement roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, finance, marketing, or relevant work experience.
Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
Exposure to formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
Experience in change management, training, or internal communications is helpful.
Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on improving how work gets done.
