About this role

Reindustrialization of watch components in accordance with standard process flows
Lead product projects (primarily after-sales/service) and manage series production lifecycle
Initiate and facilitate working sessions required for the successful execution of projects
Manage technical data associated with projects in compliance with standards
Address deviations from standard process flows
Participate in the convergence phase with Methods/Engineering Studies teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the scope
Manage activities in line with the flow's objectives and performance indicators
Ensure the robustness of technical data and comply with company processes

Significant experience (senior: 10–15+ years) in industrial project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Cumulative experience (minimum 6 years) managing projects specifically focused on products (ideally watchmaking or case/external components)
Professional command of English (B2)
Technical expertise in product industrialization (ability to quickly grasp the scope)
Knowledge of product-process industrialization
Familiarity with Windchill and PLM tools
