Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0
Fluent in oral and written English and effective communication skills
Legally able to work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction
