Negotiating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to secure the best deals and discounts for clients.
Handling and processing travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Managing and organizing client travel itineraries, including reservations and schedules.
Staying up-to-date with changes in travel policies and regulations, and informing clients accordingly.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of travel bookings, payments, and expenses.
Continuously building and maintaining relationships with travel industry partners to ensure the best travel options and services for clients.
