Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or related segments.
Availability for field-based work and travel throughout the state of Minas Gerais.
Multichannel experience in commercial negotiations with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, and in managing indirect accounts.
Knowledge and skills in data handling, creating sell-in and sell-out analyses, and defining tactical plans.
Familiarity with tools and KPIs from data providers such as IQVIA or Close Up.
Collaborative profile for working in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactivity and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
English as a second language is desirable.
