Takes the lead in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Personal Care accounts to drive revenue across the complete portfolio
Works closely with end users and distribution in the assigned accounts to ensure complete account control
Utilizes marketing and sales resources to develop, implement and track all targeted programs both direct and through distribution
Is accountable for core media sales and capital equipment sales based on assigned budgets
Works closely with other ISS, marketing, and management to adopt a system sell approach into large Pharmaceutical and Personal care accounts
Requirements
BA / BS in Life Sciences, biological areas, business or related discipline
Degree in Microbiology preferred
Minimum 3 years documented sales success (top 20%) in broad range laboratory products
Minimum 1 year laboratory and/or multi-level selling experience preferred
Experience in the Manufacturing Sales Space in any of the following: Pharmaceutical/medical device/Compounding Pharmacy/food testing, or QC/QA required
Capital equipment experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal interaction required
Computer savvy – working knowledge of MS Office applications, and other connectivity devices
