Role Overview
- Management of the Animal Production Service
- Participation in governance bodies (Management Committee
- CODIR, Executive Board
- Bureau, sessions)
- Representation of the organization to external partners
- Preparation and monitoring of the service budget
- Operational management of the service
- Steering and monitoring of the service's funding programs
- Operational monitoring of project files
- Cross-cutting actions in coordination with the Environmental Service: PCAE/PME, ReSource, Climate
- Value chain studies and diversification pathways
- Operational support to teams as required
Requirements
- Agricultural/Agronomy Engineer or Master’s degree
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Strong technical background in animal production, particularly beef cattle
- Knowledge of the functioning of animal production value chains
- Team management skills and project development abilities
- Ability to prepare and monitor budgets
