About this role
Role Overview
- As a part of our expanding Injection Molding team, the Molding Production Operator is responsible for running, trimming, bagging, boxing, counting, and store molded parts to ensure the quality of parts produced.
- They will work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety standards and meeting quality control specifications.
- Monitor molded parts while machines are running.
- Adjust the injection molding process as necessary to produce quality parts.
- Measure and inspect molded parts for visual and dimensional issues to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Trim excess material from molded parts.
- Properly count, bag and pack product to prevent contamination or distortion.
Requirements
- Injection Molding skills are trained by Meissner. No other training is required.
- A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product is essential.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math knowledge (multiply, subtract, divide, etc).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
