Role Overview
- Manage daily therapy department operations
- Supervise and mentor PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP staff
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor department productivity, staffing, and clinical outcomes
- Coordinate scheduling and caseload management
- Partner with facility leadership to support census growth and resident satisfaction
- Participate in patient care and treatment delivery as needed
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence
Requirements
- Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Previous leadership experience or strong desire to move into leadership
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation operations and reimbursement systems
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop clinical teams
