Design, launch, and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitch, audio, programmatic DSPs, and terrestrial media)
Develop budgets and paid media plans; monitor performance to ensure delivery of key metrics
Manage audiences, targeting, creative assets, and tracking systems to optimize performance
Write and refine ad copy; collaborate with vendors and staff to produce engaging creatives
Build and optimize action pages to drive list growth, conversions, and lower cost-per-lead
Leverage retargeting and segmentation to increase retention and campaign effectiveness
Implement new tracking and reporting methods to enhance performance insights
Partner with program and campaign teams to align advertising with organizational priorities
Support the development team with funder collateral
Monitor and analyze KPIs; provide actionable recommendations for optimization
Research and test innovative strategies to expand reach, engagement, and efficiency
Requirements
3 plus years of experience in the digital marketing or digital organizing field
Strong analytical skills
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and creativity
Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. GSuite, Slack, Canva, Jira)
Experience building, managing, and evaluating paid advertising campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (desired)
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other event-tracking mechanisms (desired)
Copywriting experience (desired)
