About this role

Supports healthcare applications by maintaining, improving, and implementing software systems that support daily operations
Analyzes workflows and designs solutions
Troubleshoots issues and manages projects
Works with vendors and users to ensure applications function effectively
Supports testing, training, documentation, and system improvements
Conducts continual assessment of operational/technical needs and workflow analysis
Responsible for communicating project status and resolving/escalating issues where appropriate

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Clinical or other related field preferred
Prior certification in Epic application preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and be result oriented
Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components
Strong leadership skills
