Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customer, ensuring Regal as the customer’s preferred supplier.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the focused markets.
Deliver rapid growth associated with Automatic Transfer Switches in terms of orders, revenue and margin via the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or Mechanical engineering or related fields
0-5 years of Sales experience is a must
Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
Strong presentation communication skills.
Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations.
