About this role
Role Overview
- Reporting to the Vice President, Data & AI, you will play a key role in growing the Data & AI unit in Quebec
- Develop and qualify a portfolio of opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (IT, innovation, operations, data, executive leadership)
- Understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions: data, AI, automation, agentic solutions
- Position projects aligned with the Data & AI business unit (BU) expertise and market priorities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation, closing
- Work closely with technical, marketing, recruitment and executive teams
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Data, AI, automation or digital transformation solutions
- Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in consulting or technology services
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and closing service agreements
- University degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- Ability to develop business in Quebec, with openness to opportunities in Ontario
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
