Assisting the Fabrication Manager or Production Coordinator in leading and coordinating day-to-day activities of pipe fabrication operation.
Directing and assigning tasks to support production personnel work fronts.
Ensuring all work orders are processed in a uniform and acceptable manner to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
Prepare estimates and quotes for fabrication orders received.
Create and/or update shop orders in JDE with appropriate work centers, bill of materials and estimates.
Schedule fabrication and determine promise dates based on feedback of production capacity.

Must have strong technical knowledge of ERP systems.
Must have strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building.
The ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
