HVAC Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

• Take incoming calls from technicians for kick-ups across multiple departments (leads)
• Dispatch and debrief the sales team
• Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician skill set
• Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner
• Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable

Requirements

• Experience in the home services industry is highly preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment (clock in, GO-GO-GO, clock out)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful and proactive

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and quickly shift priorities
• Excellent organizational skills
