Own and grow a portfolio of brand relationships, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Retain and expand existing clients, driving repeat and incremental revenue year-over-year
Identify, develop, and close net new business opportunities within assigned verticals
Build and deliver strategic proposals aligned to client business goals and Freeosk’s differentiators
Partner with Retail Media Networks and internal teams to execute high-impact campaigns
Drive deals from initial engagement through close, including stakeholder alignment and objection handling
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline (Salesforce)

4–6 years of quota-carrying sales experience in media, ad tech, or retail media
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with experience managing a book of business in the $2M–$4M range annually
Experience working with CPG brands and/or Retail Media Networks strongly preferred
Background in selling data-driven, performance-based media solutions
Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence decision makers
Deep understanding of client business models and marketing objectives
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and QuickSuite
