Role Overview
- Lead and be accountable for the health and safety of all employees
- Champion continuous improvement of safety performance
- Oversee equipment reliability including operational continuity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all task-specific responsibilities
- Drive implementation of best practices for plant performance
- Manage, lead, and develop plant staff
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded consistently
Requirements
- Leadership experience in manufacturing, production or industrial operations
- Proven ability to deliver safety and operational KPIs
- Confidence managing performance, safety and operational challenges
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong operational judgement
- Formal leadership or operational qualifications (Diploma or above preferred)
- Experience managing large teams (50+ employees preferred)
