Role Overview

• Responsible management of availability to secure the best possible business
• Ensuring good cooperation across departments
• Receiving and processing reservations, group and meeting requests
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring the entire booking process
• Preparing offers, contracts, hotel handovers and final invoices

Requirements

• Professional experience required
• Responsible handling of reservations
• Good, collegial and effective collaboration across departments
• Experience with booking administration and complaint handling
• Maintaining active communication between all areas
