Diagnose customer needs, qualify opportunities, and support Sales in designing and closing cross-border solutions
Educate internal teams on cross-border requirements, market trends, and operational best practices
Identify continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen shipper experience, network performance, and service execution
Own and develop strategic relationships with warehouse, facility, vendor, and border partners
Conduct business reviews, site visits, and performance discussions to ensure SLA and KPI expectations are met
Negotiate partner renewals, expansions, pricing strategies, and service growth opportunities
Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-border operations, influencing internal strategy and business decisions
Build, develop, and retain a high-quality portfolio of cross-border carriers in partnership with capacity and portfolio teams
Monitor carrier performance across key metrics, including PTA, OTD, dwell, compliance, SOP adherence, and service expectations
Act as the escalation point for major service issues, leading root cause analysis, recovery planning, risk communication, and partner-driven improvements
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or cross-border roles involving carrier, customer, or vendor engagement
Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish
Ability to travel up to 25%, (domestic and international)
