Support and collaborate with Project Managers and Principals on a variety of capital planning projects.
Perform site assessments and prepare technical reports, including Depreciation Reports, Warranty Reviews, and Building/Property Condition Assessments.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to support efficient and timely project delivery.
Represent Sense at client meetings and other networking functions with a commitment to exceptional service standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Previous co-op or internship experience in the engineering consulting field is considered a strong asset.
Registered with or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail coupled with a client-centric mindset.
Team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to creative thinking and approaching challenges from fresh perspectives.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required.
