Coordinates across IPTs with fellow PEs on design, process, and quality of the product
Develop program execution plans and works closely with the Program Office
Required to interface with Customer regularly as the technical POC

Development, coordination, and allocation of requirements
Assemble and develop efficient cross functional teams to execute plans
Identify design concepts and mature into design solutions that meet the customer needs
Develop master schedules, integrated logic flows, work breakdown, and assist in program cost estimates.
Coordination and implementation of design and analysis activities
Development of test plans and coordination of testing with test engineers
Identification of risks/mitigations and tracking to closure in Risk Tracker
Lead the coordination and conducting of milestones reviews to Senior Leadership and Customers
Lead problem and failure investigations
Write technical reports
Presentations – internal and external
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 years of professional experience.
3 years experience in rocket motor design
Ability to perform solid modeling using NX
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Ability to work with energetic materials as a U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, firearms and explosives; "Employee Possessor" – required
