Utilize AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, and content optimization while independently validating facts, sources, and claims.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, demonstrates industry expertise, and supports organic search visibility, thought leadership, and AI discoverability initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop content that reinforces the company’s reputation as a trusted authority in facilities and operations management.
Requirements
3+ years of professional B2B content writing experience
Experience creating white papers, reports, or research-based content
Strong research and source validation skills
Ability to interview SMEs and synthesize expertise
Exceptional long-form writing and storytelling ability
Highly collaborative and curious
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows
Experience writing for technical or operational audiences
Experience working in facilities management and operations (not corporate real estate)
Experience interpreting operational datasets
Survey or report-writing experience
Webinar content repurposing experience
