Utilize our reporting tools (including CRM data) to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Support internal services team members on SEO initiatives to make search a reliable and consistent demand channel.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact marketing performance, using a combination of strategic foresight and tactical execution.
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, upholding brand integrity.

Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand
3+ years’ experience in marketing or demand-focused roles
Comfortable with reporting and a bias for data-driven approach
Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize opportunities for growth
Experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
