Lead the growth of the Pumps Aftermarket business across UAE and Qatar.
Develop and execute a regional service growth strategy targeting Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Petrochemical, and Industrial customers.
Identify and convert opportunities for Pump repairs and overhauls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Drive installed base penetration by identifying ageing equipment.
Develop account plans for strategic customers.
Promote condition assessment programs, asset health checks, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Maintain a robust pipeline of service opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting of service revenue and order intake.
Achieve annual sales targets for service, repairs, upgrades, spare parts, and replacement equipment while maintaining profitability objectives.

Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Production, Fluid Power Technology) and ten years related experience.
Five years’ experience in the oil & gas / power & energy market.
Relevant experience of Centrifugal Pumps, API 610, 614, 682 International Standards and major Pump end user’s within the middle east region (ADNOC, ADWEA, Qatar Petroleum, QEWC, KOC, KNPC, MEW, PDO ETC.)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Communicates fluently (verbal and written) in English
essential, in Arabic – advantageous.
Possesses a valid Driving Licence converted for use in the Middle East – essential.
