Lead and coordinate a cross functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions
Develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
Baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking
Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio
Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community
Effective and influential communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBU’s, Program Management, and Government counterparts)
Partner successfully and drive influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management
Experience with MS Office
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
