Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate a cross functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions
- Develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
- Baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking
- Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio
- Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community
- Effective and influential communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBU’s, Program Management, and Government counterparts)
- Partner successfully and drive influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management
- Experience with MS Office
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
