Perform high-quality installations of telematics devices and other automotive electronics in customer vehicles
Conduct thorough testing and diagnostics post-installation to verify functionality
Provide exceptional on-site support to customers during installations
Collaborate with the logistics team to manage installation schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Document installation processes and report troubleshooting findings accurately
Stay updated with the latest automotive technology trends
Communicate effectively with project managers and other technicians

High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational education in automotive technology or electronics preferred
2+ years of experience in automotive electronics installation or related fields
In-depth knowledge of automotive 12V systems, wiring diagrams, and installation techniques
Familiarity with telematics devices, dash cameras, GPS systems, and related automotive electronics
Able to utilize a DMM effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; travel to various customer locations required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
