Conduct visits and meetings with clients in your portfolio to identify business opportunities for selling parts and services for fleets of rock drilling equipment.
Map equipment performance to identify sales opportunities based on the specific needs of each fleet. Analyze consumption history, demand projections according to the maintenance plan, the client's maintenance strategy, production plan and competitor activity.
Understand the customer's business, their equipment and the fleet's needs.
Stay up to date with industry developments, competitive offerings and issues that affect sales and customers.
Understand industry and customer maintenance practices and convert them into sales opportunities.
Develop customized value propositions according to the client's specific needs.
Assist the logistics team in determining parts inventory to support fleet operations by monitoring and mapping demand and performing ABC curve analysis.
Identify new post-sale business opportunities and develop strategies for conversion together with partner areas.
Work closely with field teams (technicians and engineers) to ensure fleet availability targets are met.
Prepare monthly reports on commercial activity with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Fluent in English.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience negotiating contracts and value-based selling.
Technical-commercial experience in the Mining sector.
Knowledge of mining equipment and component functions.
Willingness to travel.
