Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments;
Lead briefing, alignment, and strategic follow-up meetings;
Understand the objectives, pain points, and needs of assigned accounts;
Translate requests into clear guidance for the creative team, and monitor and align throughout the delivery process;
Manage campaigns and projects from planning through delivery;
Organize workflows, priorities, and schedules with the internal team;
Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery;
Contribute to the strategic development of requests together with company leadership and other departments;
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of outputs.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
Proven experience in client service within an agency or in-house environment;
Experience managing accounts and client relationships;
Experience coordinating workflows between creative, media, content, and planning teams;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Organized, consultative approach with strong prioritization skills;
Knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem;
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, eKyte, ClickUp, or similar;
Ability to lead accounts autonomously;
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills;
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deliverables;
Strategic thinking combined with execution skills;
Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative environments.
