Deliver top line growth and profitability based on business objectives.
Develop and execute long term growth strategy for Ingredion in the Philippines, accelerate new products/solutions penetration and provide the relevant support to customers to differentiate us from the competition.
Work closely with stakeholders to prepare annual sales and expense budget, identify business variances and implement actions to deliver business objectives.
Drive execution and the accountability of the team to deliver results.
Work with designated stakeholders to manage acceptable AR collection turnover, demand forecast, inventory level and operational cost control aligned with business objectives.
Maintain strong relationship and expand Ingredion exposure to wider end users in various food & beverage categories.
Identify opportunities, develop and manage high quality projects into the innovation pipeline, shorten project turnaround and increase winning hit rate.
Continuously exercise market intelligence via multiple sources to ensure Ingredion competitive position.
Requirements
BSc. in Food Technology, Nutrition or related field.
Postgraduate business education will be an advantage.
10 years with minimum 7 years of selling to the food/ingredients industry in Philippines.
