Leading the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, owning requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes
Serving as a subject matter expert in order-to-cash processes by analyzing client data and workflows to design optimized solutions, including data mappings and process improvements
Translating business needs into solution designs and partnering with technical teams to deliver configured, integrated solutions
Driving successful project execution by working across cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment, quality, and on-time delivery
Building strong client relationships and guiding customers through implementation, testing, and adoption to ensure long-term success
Requirements
Deep, hands-on experience across the full end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in O2C processes and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
Strong experience with collections management, including managing outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively driving collections and ensuring timely payments
Experience working with ERP systems and understanding how they support order-to-cash processes and data flow
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities
Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and clearly communicate solutions to both business and technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
