Account management: You are the primary point of contact for our top partners and actively support them in achieving their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
Strategic consulting: You analyze partners' KPIs and individual challenges, develop tailored optimization plans, and support their implementation.
Sales and up-/cross-selling: With your sales skills, you convince partners to adopt additional products and services that further strengthen their business.
Internal collaboration: As an interface, you coordinate closely with other teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Data-driven planning: You use tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically develop your region and make your results measurable.
Requirements
Professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role
Independent, structured working style – well-suited for remote/home-office work
Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt flexibly to new challenges
IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Ideally, knowledge of or interest in the restaurant/hospitality industry
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
Driver's license and willingness to work in the field across the Berlin region
