Monitoring internal quality and environmental standards
Maintaining product safety and ensuring compliance with policies (HACCP)
Maintaining and reviewing production and inspection plans, and creating test instructions and inspection reports
Checking compliance with legal requirements and coordinating cooperation with authorities
Preparing, conducting and supporting internal audits, supplier audits and customer audits
Creating process descriptions to ensure product quality
Supporting the implementation and further development of the quality management system
Assisting in the creation, maintenance and review of quality-related documents
Organizing training sessions and meetings as part of quality assurance

Degree in food technology, nutrition or hygiene engineering, or equivalent vocational training in the food sector
Further training/certification as a Quality Assurance Specialist
Experience in the baked goods industry is an advantage
High affinity for quality and a meticulous approach to work
HACCP knowledge
Independent and careful working style, with good communication and teamwork skills
Confident user of common PC applications (MS Office)
Driving licence class B
