Responsible for developing and growing Weber Ranch 1902 Vodka throughout Palm Beach County and the greater South Florida market.
Focus on building strong distributor partnerships, increasing distribution, securing menu placements, driving activations, and developing relationships with key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
Maintain brand placements and promote relationships within the dedicated market.
Promote brand within the targeted consumer audience, including trade and wholesalers.
Identify, execute, and recap local events to drive and promote brand awareness.
Promote and extend all brand relationships within the dedicated market.
Manage travel within an assigned territory, potentially up to 50% of time for account execution.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with distributor sales representatives, district managers, and leadership teams.
Conduct regular market visits to drive account execution and brand awareness.

Reside in Palm Beach County, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or the surrounding South Florida market.
3+ years of beverage alcohol industry experience.
Supplier, distributor, or agency experience preferred.
Strong existing relationships within the Southern Florida hospitality and beverage community preferred.
Proven success building distributor relationships and driving account execution.
Experience managing both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Strong presentation, networking, and account management skills.
Existing relationships with resort groups, country clubs, hospitality groups, and influential independent operators throughout Southern Florida preferred.
Strong social media presence and ability to create market-specific content.
Experience working with high-profile consumer and trade events.
Ability to manage an ad hoc schedule.
A valid driver’s license and automobile or other form of transportation (travel within territory).
Outgoing, competitive personality with superior presentation skills.
Excellent budget management skills.
Must be able to thrive in a team setting.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
