Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for behavioral health practices
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups
- Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB)
- Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims
- Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursement
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Medical Biller in a U.S. healthcare setting (behavioral health experience preferred)
- Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting
- Familiarity with behavioral health billing, including CPT/ICD coding basics
- Experience with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work during Central Time business hours
