Technical support for our software solutions via phone, email, and remote access
Analysis and resolution of software issues, including troubleshooting user-reported problems
Training and onboarding customers in the use of our software solutions
Support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of the software
Close collaboration with the development and sales teams to efficiently implement customer requirements
Documenting support cases in our ticketing system and creating solution proposals
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist / Fachinformatiker or IT systems electronics technician / IT-Systemelektroniker) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in technical support, preferably with CRM or ERP software
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic database knowledge (SQL)
You are structured and can explain technical matters clearly — by phone or email
Team player with a friendly manner when dealing with customers
Good German language skills required
