Enter commercial orders (sales, sample, donation, bonus, demonstration) and follow through until invoice issuance;
Record quotes in the ERP and follow through until billing is completed;
Enter contract orders (loan-for-use/"comodato" and rental);
Provide support to sales representatives, customers, and distributors as needed, focusing on commercial information;
Support the tender/bidding process;
Prepare price quotations and retrieve orders from purchasing portals;
Assist in preparing consumption reports (pending orders) for supervisory review, focusing on production planning and inventory;
Assist the finance department with information on negotiations and outstanding payments;
Keep customer information up to date in the ERP;
File customer and distributor documents electronically;
Assist in the Customer Service (SAC) process with a focus on returns, exchanges, and quality deviations;
Review documents sent to customers and distributors;
Assist distributors and sales representatives in preparing commercial proposals in accordance with company policies;
Register customers in the ERP system and provide guidance on updating their information.
