Significant experience building and scaling web applications and data systems in production
Strong proficiency with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
Track record of designing and owning complex systems end-to-end
Experience building APIs, monitoring systems, and operational tooling
Comfort with both full-stack development and infrastructure thinking
Track record of mentoring junior engineers and improving code quality through technical leadership
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed issues
Clear communication and the ability to explain technical decisions to the team
