Role Overview
Provide strategic commercial insight, lead on contract and commercial management, and work closely with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Identify smarter ways of working, drive process improvements, and collaborate directly with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
Ensure every project stays on track and delivers value, contributing to commercial strategy while actively managing risk, cost, and contractual performance as projects progress.
Help create capable, collaborative environments where teams thrive and projects achieve the very best outcomes.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered).
Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability.
Strong excel skills and experience of forecasting, Cost Value Reconciliation reporting, and financial reporting.
Experience of mentoring and supervising others in a commercial team.
Ideally, professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred.
Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms.
