Help optimise trading performance by developing quantitative models that impact decisions across trading teams
Develop and enhance quantitative models to drive trading decisions
Take active part in coding algorithmic trading infrastructure and optimisation engines used for live trading
Conduct market research and strategy analysis aimed at improving overall PnL and operational robustness
Collaborate with team members to ensure the operational stability of algorithms and tools developed by the team

Educational background in a quantitative field, for example, economics, mathematics, physics, statistics, data science, or engineering
Experience in a similar position, either in the energy industry, the financial markets or similar
Solid coding skills with the ability to write production-level Python code
Great communication skills as you should be able to explain your analyses to stakeholders who do not have the same insights as our team
Proficiency in English
